A Typical Engagement:
Depending on the specific needs of the organization, training can involve one or more of the following phases.
- Pre-Training Assessment & Review Phoenix Advantage meets with the leadership of the areas being trained and assesses the specific needs to be addressed by the training. If requested, we will also review and gain an understanding of the core business processes involved and then tailor the materials to the organization’s specific industry and internal requirements.
- Course Preparation Course material is customized as needed and delivered to the client ahead of training.
- Training Delivery Courses are conducted at the client’s site or off-site as preferred. Depending on the subject and the client’s preference training can by partial day up to three days.
- Post-Training Support If requested, Phoenix Advantage can supply one-on-one or small group coaching and mentoring to ensure that the principles, skills, and values learned in the training are internalized and incorporated into the day-to-day running of the business.
